Hey there! Could anyone explain the transmog system on this server?

Is it normal transmog and farmable gear or is there a vendor?

Regarding transmog it's blizzlike. BUT, you can gain vote points by voting for us and spend those on transmog gear if you want. Other than that yes you farm for the transmog and such.
