Bug description: The on-use effect doesn't work, it only makes you glow green. It should give a random secondary stat after 5 sec it is used, and after that you have 5 seconds to use the trinket once again to change the stat to something else. I farmed this for hours on end with 0,34% drop chance on some mobs in highmountain, fix pls :v
