[REJECTED] [Trinket] Umbral Moonglaives

Bug description: This trinket sometimes do not have one final stronger proc, there is no "glass breaking" sound when it happens. Last tick is missing preety often, for me it's like 50% of uses. Tested on dummy in Vale of eternal blossoms.

EDIT1: I think i found out what's the problem. If u don't move at all during trinket use, it ALWAYS shatters and deal final big tick of damage. However if u move during it, it NEVER shatters. Weird af if u ask me.

EDIT2: Ignore above. Non-shatter uses happens completly randomly, the more I use, the more "proper" procs i got, its like 8/10 working now. I tried jumping, facing away from target, spamming other skills during it. Full random mode.
Proof: cant really record but it takes 10min to use trinket few times and see for yourself

Please provide proof. You can use addons such as Details too see the Minimum and Maximum Damage of a Normal/Critical hit, therefore you can see if the final tick is doing damage or not. You can also use Combat-Log.
Use whatever works for you.
