Details: (optional) Crash server when we were rolling for boss drops (Yor'saj 25n) I won this trinket and I equipped him, but after restarting server, he was not on me anymore.
Can't give any screenshot before crash but Sarom (Shaman - Exodus) raid leader at the moment can confirm. We lost all drops from the boss.
