[Tutorial] Crearea unei piscine [06 08 2008]

1. Construim bazinul.




2. In interiorul lui mai construim un bloc, conform imaginii de mai jos, efectuam scobitura, si il pastram pentru a-l transforma in apa.




3. Ii schimbam textura in AAATRIGGER pentru a-l observa mai usor, iar apoi stabilim nivelul apei din piscina modificandu-i inaltimea (reglati unitatea de lungime a grilelor cu tastele ] [ pt. o precizie mai mare)




4. Transformam blocul in Entity (apasati click-dreapta -> Tie to Entity), in chenarul Class scriem tipul entitatii, si anume func_water, dupa care ii setam atributele: la Render Mode alegem Pure Color (astfel nu va mai conta textura), la FX Amount setam transparenta (0 - invizibil, 255 - opac), iar la FX Color alegem nuanta.




5. Construim o rampa
- folositi-va de unealta Vertex in planul x/z, pentru a da bazei rampii o forma oarecum mai acceptabila.




6. Tineti apasat CTRL, selectati toate componentele ei (bazinul,apa si rampa) si grupati-le (click dreapta -> Group). Amplasati piscina unde doriti. Nu uitati de entitatile indisponibile unei harti:
info_player_start / info_player_deathmatch - puncte de spawn
light / light_environment - lumina
trigger_camera - locul unde "filmeaza" atunci cand te aflii in Team-Menu

SFAT: creati entitatea info_player_start inainte de a construi, pentru a aprecia raportul dintre volumul jucatorului si al obiectelor din jur



7. Compilati si testati -

Nu era mai simplu sa faci bazinul,si apoi un block inauntru[acela fiind H2O] si ii pui textura la apa ... ? Eu asa foloseam

depinde cum faci tu bazinul - ... mie mi se pare cea mai rapida metoda prin scobire, plus ca blocul folosit il transformi direct in apa

Si eu la fel ptr o mapa de-a mea foarte frumoasa am facut asta cu textura... hmm chestia cu camera e indispensabila? eu nu fac asa la mape si totusi functioneaza mapele Thinking
