[Uldir] [Mother] Uldir Defensive Beam not doing damage

Bug description:

The Beam that is coming from the Top going down to the floor is not doing any damage as you can see in the Video. It is recorded in Heroic Difficulty. As you can see we wanted to wipe and no one of our Group is standing in the Save zone and the Group is not taking any Damage on my Raidframes.

This issue seems to be connected to https://trello.com/c/Bt2AVsJ4/382-mother-mythic-uldir-defensive-beam

This has been already reported, and most likely will be resolved in the near future.
