Unable to join chat channels in-game.

Hi,

I've recently joined the server and started playing yesterday. My character is a level 10 Pandaren Monk and I've been trying to join chat channels in-game and it doesn't seem to be working. Is it bugged or am I doing something wrong? I should type /join global_en to join the English global channel right?

Any ideas on this? On my social tab in-game global_en, global_ro and other channels I've joined are listed. I didn't get any error message or confirmation that I was able to join those channels though and nobody talks, so I'm not sure if joining the channels works or if there's just nobody chatting.

I can see all of the raid/arena announcements though. Any help will be much appreciated.

Try /resetchat command.
