Am observat k efectul nu se aplica la SILENCE* . Imi da un mag counterspell pe cast si iau silence de 8 sec in loc de 5.6 sec (30% din 8 = 5.6). La fel este si la Spell lock(la warlock) si alte silence effects date pe cast.
