Unusable Herb Nodes

Bug description: I found Felweed nodes on Hellfire Peninsula that can't be used (or even clicked) in any way. They are just there. I have tried it on several chars, every character has the same problem. I have found two of these bugged nodes so far, as seen in the screenshot. I will add more if I find additional nodes. Interestingly, they are treated as spawned nodes by the Object Finder.

Maybe there is a connection to this bug?
