Bug description: Leirana should give the quest , but she doesn't

Proof: : 0 players @ Felsong

Confirmed. Leirana does NOT offer the Dreamcatcher quest. I did a server search on Global_en and query returned with "0 players" completed this quest.

Confirmed. You can see in the chat that I've completed the 2 previous quests in the chain, and Leirana still doesn't offer me the quest(Completed by: 0 players @ Felsong).
