Very Frustrating its like you guys dont even care

Cant raid for a week now because of the lags that occur at the same time every day. No updates and it seems that you guys aernt going to come up with a solution any time soon. What really gets me is the fact that you ask people to not to transfer off a server thats is not even working properly to the other servers that are working fine. So do you guys just want to keep losing customers because you dont want tohem to leave a server thats barley even up? and on top of that you give genesis a compensation for a 2 day problem but we've been having problems for weeks now and no compensation at all or even an announcement of one.

We lost our progress, our items and fun from this game because this realm suck...Turn on transfers or give us 100-200 vote points for one month of wasting our time to connect to exodus...

yah at this points.. after 1 month and half of server issues the only compensation acceptable would be like 6-9 items per char or 2 weeks w/o raid/arena cd


or allow people to do free transfers to other realms (free transfer from and to exodus)

im certainly NOT VOTING for a server i cant play on.. so i dont have the points to transfer

what??? you don't make any sense. If contributions is what you are thinking im lacking i've voted plenty of times. Also it seems like every time I vote it doesnt change the amount of vote points i have most of the time.
