Bug description: Most of these hotfixes have not been applied to the current 7.2.5 patch.Blizzard did some hotfixes along the patch and nerfed/buffed some things along the way to balance things out.There are important modifiers to items such as Artefact knowledge catch up system that lets u have 1 ak per 3hrs36 mins,Legendaries,,Draught of souls nerf down from 40% to 15% for fury and 20% for arms to make it somewhat relevant again,items,class talents,spells,Bosses,and so much more,etc.Some of these are live but some not.

Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't the convergence nerfed to 4 sec in 7.3. Because I was looking a 7.2.5 guide for fury warrs in tomb and that person had the cof with the 5 sec reduction to major abilities.

I think u are right about that.It got double nerfed in 7.3 to 4 and 3 seconds after.i'll modify that.
