Vial of Fel Cleansing doesn't work

Bug description: When used on a Felbound Wolf, this item should allow a hunter to tame the wolf. Currently, the vial buff shows, but the wolf is still untameable.
Proof: Use the Vial on a Felbound Wolf and try to tame it.

I also tried to use the vial on a fel wolf, I tried 3 times and it never worked. Please help

Yup, confirmed. Exactly as described - the buff applies to the wolf but it does nothing.
