Vote Point Relam Transfer Problem

Hello Freakz, i used the relam trasfer service via vote point to transfer a char from Genesis to Exodus it consumed my 150 vote points and make my char disapear from account and now it is nowhere. Can you help me to take over the situation pls?

Race: Worgen
Spec: Resto/Balance
