Vote kick LFR

Hey,

I would like to have a feature in LFR's Vote Kick.
So that you can't kick players before the first wipe or at least before the first pull.
I often get invited to LFR and someone just votekicks the tanks and most ppl dont even read what messages plops up and just accept it, leading to dismiss the entire raid. Not only that it is undoable w/o tanks but innocent ppl get kicked for doing nothing worng at all, bcs the raid didnt even start yet.

ye is really bad thing, trolling people, and everyone who say don't kick get kicked for nothing,

i know how you feel, but some players are just like that, nothing can be done about it, just find another raid/instance or joining with your guild seems the best thing to do. Good luck
