Vote points Mog

I was trying to get a specific headpiece from a lecacy mythic raid as a transmog,
however it just doesn't seem to drop no matter how often I run that raid. I tried over 20 times now and I believe that it might be bugged - not even I can have so much bad luck.

Then I was just thinking, screw it - I just buy it with vote points. But when I enter the name of the Item, only the normal Version appear on the screen which has the same name as the mythic version but looks different.

Vote-items are not refundable so I dont want to loose the points and accedentaly buy the wrong item.

Any advice?

The armor piece I'm looking for is called 'Vilebreath Mask' btw
