Vote points problem

I haven't recieve the 250 points promised by Shockeru to everyone who met the following requirements:
- At least 10 days played on Exodus
- At most 10 days played on the romanian realms
- Voted at least once
- Logged in the last 14 days;
A friend of mine got the points and I haven't, even if I've played more than him.I've voted as well,I have played on Genesis a bit and not at all on Evolution(but it says at most 10 days..that means not more than 10 days ,only less),and I have been logged for the past 14 days.(Since the vote points have been awarded to the other players.
