Hi!
When will be available Vulpera allied race? Because I completed all requirements and the unlocker quest do not avaiable in Orgrimmar.

You can see they were added as a playable race in patch 8.3. This means it will be a while before Vulpera will be playable.

Phase 5 will be the phase where they get added.

as you can from the comment above (along with our content update phases), the Allied Race will get added with the patch 8.3.
This also applies for all further Allied Races, as they will get added with their corresponding patches.
