WOW5190032 error message pops up when i log in

Hi, so I had just started this game, and after a long 6hours of fixing and repairing the files, successfully following the guide. (I thank you all for that so much) I had made my account, as well as the forum account, and I logged in to my account for WoW and it shows that what i put in isn't right, and shows the code WOW5190032
IS there anything I can do? I've followed pretty much all the steps from what info i was given and seen. I cant do anything with my router as i'm living in a shared home. Is the data not connecting?

Hi so I don't know how to send a picture. it needs to be a url? I have it saved to my laptop so I don't know how to get it on here. I downloaded the TCPview, and got a photo of the error and the view of WoW.exe and the launchers. when I click on the freakz launcher, a first error message shows up saying that it cant run the wow.exe because it didn't update, but when I go on to the blizzard app and check for updates, theres none there. I would really like to play sometime soon
