Bug description: Agony shouldn't update dynamic.

It shouldn't update the ticks dynamic. When you refresh it with potion it should benefit from that potion. And when you refresh it again without potion, the damage should drop accordingly. Correct?

Confirmed.

Only the first time you apply Agony it should snapshot your values, not at every tick.
