Bug description: While you are casting Shadow Bolt if Nightfall procs,it will consume the proc,not letting you cast another Shadow bolt that should be iustant after you finish casting the current one,also it takes away the proc whidout giving you the 50% dmg increase on shadow bolt,if nightfall procs while you are not casting shadow bolt you get the 50% dmg increase,that part works.
