[Warlock][Destro] vision of perfection vs crashing chaos buff

Bug description: I have 4308 damage buff from crashing chaos trait when use summon infernal, If VoP proc (35% duration + power) it will replace by new buff crashing chaos and have 1507 damage
But when VoP proc with 1507 damage buff, after that I use summon infernal, new buff damage not replace current buff damage, only refresh buff time
