[Warlock][Destruction][Spell] Havoc

Bug description:
Spells :
1. Fear also should be casted with havoc /single target spell and cost 1 charge.
2. Curse of Elements currently does not consume 1 charge from havoc and its should as the Curse of Enfeeblement does .
3.Havoc has 100 yards range (between targets ) , currently I dont think that have 100 yards range ,
and must work also if the target that have Havoc debuff its in los .
4. Spell Lock currently does not consume 1 charge from havoc and its should .
5. Mortal Coil used with Havoc must heal twice (15% of maximum health * 2= 30 % of maximum health ) currently it doesn't.

The link you shown at #1 http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1340087-Season-15-Discussion-Warlock-PvP-Guide says the opposite

It seems that was some invalid proofs about Mortal Coil and Fear via Havoc , my bad .
Currently are still valid points : 2 and 4 (also check point 3 with range and vs los .
*Spell lock , Curse of Elements should consume 1 havoc charge .

And where is proof that they SHOULD ?
1. Regarding Curse of the Elements I don't see it listed here https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=80240&&name=havoc under affected spells
4. Spell Lock is cast by pet, not by warlock (and still not in the affected spells like 1.)

Take a look here, at first, it consumed a stack of Havoc but apparently, it was a bug
