[Warlock] Mana Regeneration

Bug description: Affliction warlock's mana regeneration is too high. It should be 11k at lvl 110. Formula for mana regeneration is: 0,01 * basemana * 5 = 0,01 * 220000 * 5 = 11000
But now it is 73260.

You missed an 0 at 22000. Also I think it's valid, but it can't be only at warlock.

I think the first formula is correct.

23:40 maximum mana regen is 55k.

Need to check on other classes aswell.
