Bug description: When the leggo chest "The Master Harvester" proc and you use the Soul Harvest talent, the duration of the talent won't increased, but rather stayed at 12 seconds. (do not matter on how many targets you put dots and deal damage, the duration will not increase.)

The main problem with this is really highlighted in encounters with multiple targets such as Mistress. If by any chance you've got let's say 5 Agony and your Legendary already had procced Soul Harvest, casting the talented Soul Harvest will just give the base duration of 12 sec (regardless of your Agony).

I've also test the other way around (having a 24 sec talent soul harvest and proccing the legendary, but this one works as intended).
