[Warlock] Unending Resolve [ For some NPC's]

Bug description: Unending Resolve should grant immunity to interrupt and silence effects for 8 seconds. In most mythic Dungeons (such as Arcway) you can use the spell and still get silenced

I believe the spell works fine for example against player interrupts but it's a problem with the mobs. Need to check them.

In pvp it works fine, but in some mythic's it just doesnt work. I will try to find all mobs where it does not work

I went through all NPC (in Legion raids and dungeons) which have the possibility to interrupt or silence. These are the ones that that ignore UR's effect. Low priority for now.
