Warlock green fire

Hi. I beat out the codex and stopped at the quest. Yes, I know that it doesn't work and I saw the bug report. Is there no way to get the green light? Because green fire is one of the coolest things to play for warlock for me. When I beat out the codex, another warlock said that he knows those who have green fire, but how is this possible, because the database shows that the quest was completed by 0 players.

The store sells the same code, as I understand, the only difference is that you do not have to get it yourself
