Bug description: I tested it 5 times and the amount of Rage generated by Ravager is 42. Which should be 49. Every tick Ravager generates 7 Rage that is working but instead of 7 Ticks it only ticks 6 Times. So each time a loss of 7 Rage.

Its already confirmed as bugged as it should be generating rage everytime it deals damage but it is just generating a flat rate for the duration of Ravager which is not based on units hit.

I don't sleep because Arms is bork.

Confirmed, had suspicions about this some while ago but never took the time to look into it

Confirmed,

Ravager only hits 6 hits when its supossed to hit 7.
Giving only 42 RAGE when it should be giving 49.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?
