[Warrior][Arms] Victory Rush

Arms warrior have spell called Victory Rush ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=34428 (wowhead link) ) which proc after killing enemy or mob.

I lost a lot of arenas yesterday because this doesnt proc.

Here is example :

- I tested with my friend whos unholy dk, unholy dk have ghouls ( pet ) and similiar... also hunter's pet, mage mirror image..

- i asked him to summon ghoul, and after i killed ghoul with execute ( mob+pet ), victory rush havent proc, it should because i killed..

- also with hunter pet, mage's mirror image, priest voids.. and similiar
