Am intalnit mai multe buguri la Tier talents Arms si ordinea in care este...sper ca o sa fie reparate cat mai curand.
Sa incepem cu cel pe care l-am intalnit eu la [In For The Kill] care ID-ul vostru e gresit enorm! ID-ul corect e:248621 ==> adica Colossus Smash grant you 10% haste for 8 sec. nu Mortal Strike refunds 30 Rage when used against targets
that are below 20% health! Am sa va dau un link de pe Youtube sa fixati si ordinea Tier talents+ID-urile ca sa va fie mai usor cu fixurile la warrior Arms Specialization https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_iOy4DtPqA
