Bug description: When u use a spell, it shouldnt reach target itself but it should reach that place where was the enemy,

on MoP it works as it must, nothing changed while that

On druid I tested Wild Charge on a Mage blinking away and works fine.
Although, normal charge seems to follow a fast moving target as well as blink.

Still happens. If someone blinks half way through your charge you will follow the target.

Just finished testing it on both Druids/Mages, still bugged.
If you charge a mage/druid on spot X and he will blink to Y you still can reach @Y .
The charge should only reach X .
