[Warrior][Fury] Weapon damage capped vs Versatility (Major)

Bug description: Weapon damage is capped for some reasons ,adding or removing gear with versatility does not modify it, the formula is changing to always give the same number, basically making versatility useless.

It's visual only. Versatility is not added to the base weapon damage (seemingly it is on retail), the actual bonus is added when you deal damage. So Versatility is NOT useless, it just doesn't show up on character panel.

It's a really low-priority fix.
