Bug description: The talent doubles your ignore pain cap even while on 100%. That should not be the case, the cap should increase dynamically as your health goes down.

Confirmed, the talent will increase the Ignore Pain absorb amount even if on full HP, the cap is not being increased as the HP is being lower and lower.
