[Warrior][PvE][PvP] Heroic Strike / Cleave

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Atunci cand ai Inner Rage up si spamezi heroic strike sau cleave, da al 2 heroic strike / cleave imediat dupa primul, chiar daca ai cd la spell.

Se vede ca nici macar nu a apucat sa tickuie deep wounds si deja am dat inca un heroic strike

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When you have Inner Rage up and spam heroic strike or cleave it uses the second heroic strike/cleave right after the first, even if the spell is on CD.
Proof: You can see that deep wounds didn't proc and i had already used heroic strike again.
