What do you guys think of my guild website?

I basicly want your guys opinion and suggestions.. so i can work on it

ADDED:

Better navigation menu, random backgrounds (12 of them), centering stuff out.

COMING: Better news system, i made this one from scratch in 15mins and it sucks =P

You can start with centering the scroll part , it looks pretty bad that way .

Your welcome, but I have to make a same project till the end of the year, cause i am graduating high-school this year, and I have no idea how to do it. I got to do a website and present a theme. i.e. My theme that I have to present is "European Union", but i don't know how to realize the site

Nice.But you should ad some more stuff to the front page.its a bit empty.The only nice thing from the front page is the logo and the video.add more stuff!!

Yeah i'm a good coder but not a good designer. You basicly want to get into HTML for a basic website. If you want all the scripts like register and news scripts. Well you have got to get into PHP. It's both not that hard, just download some templates from a website (there are plenty of free ones) and mess around with it. See what is what
