Make your fonts smaller, everything is too big. Look at your forums thats the right font size.

Put the menu bar higher and make your logo smaller maybe next to your menu bar. So you don't have to scroll on index page. Try to minimize the actions you need to do by clicking / scrolling. Those are things persons don't like. Also your index page has no info at all.

If I where you I would make some kind of news thing on the frontpage (index) to give some info, watching the same trailer over and over again with a big logo on top is not so entertaining. Or maybe the calendar there since you want your guildies to use that. Now I dunno but I wasn't able to click on calendar.

Forums are looking nice.
Hope it supports wowhead links and stuff.

Your forums isnt bad, its a nice theme but i've also notices that you removed authors rights. Thats not smart move cuuse your forum can be closet. For the home page it reminds me on the times of TBC and you should do what Ezeky says
