Bug description: Proc rate is a bit off from retail, i played retail on 7.1.5 patch and trinket used to proc a lot more then its procing right now on freakz.
Like i could get 3 times in a row proc .but on freakz its like every proc in a min or so.Am not sure if its just my bad luck or proc rate is not good.
Waiting for confirm!
