Why Get Banned For MMR Exploit But Not Wintrading ?

Like the title says, i noticed some people get warnings/bans for MMR exploiting, but actual win trading will get ur team deleted and an item of gear removed from you, but u can actually win trade on this server quite easily and not get caught.

if i can win trade for weeks/months and get alot of gear and 1 day get caught, removing 1 item of gear from me and deleting my team would not bother me at all,its a very small price to pay for wintrading.

As you said people get warnings/bansand that warning can mean even an item deleted and your team disabled. The point is players get a 2nd chance and not getting banned instead. If you continue breaking this rule you will probably end banned. I think it also depends on which GM caughts you...
