Why am I not getting loot?

When I kill a boss everyone gets some kind of loot, but I dont. Did I miss something? Like accepting a quest of some sort.

Well tha last one i killed was Ordos. Also after the removal of the quests for Oondasta and Nalak and introducing the personal loot i have not got a single item from killing bosses (Nalak and Oondasta back when they were in the SoO instance, Ordos and the Celestials).

You're simply unlucky. Personal Loot does not guarantee a 100% loot drop, that's what you have Bonus Roll for - to be used as a sort of "second chance" at loot.
