Why are Player letting other Player get on their Account?

I am wonder why Idotzyou is letting other player get on his second account. I am playing today and I got on and Iburstyou was getting on every time that I was pop. Then he was kill me so I had to use the x bottom at the top of the screen to save my life. I wondering is sharing accounts is banned because Idotzyou is sharing is second account with everyone. Sapnstabb Quoted on Iburstyou saying "Who the hell do you think, Im sap" so is sharing account bannable.

Account sharing is not banable, but if any of those players that get on someone else's account and break the rules, the original holder is punished based upon the actions did. Everyone's account is their own responsability.

I told him the same thing when he was online, the person using the account is not reiable, it is the main owner that is letting people use it
