Why is this happening?

For the past week, I have been seeing this:

I cannot log in at all. At first, I really thought that the servers were down. Then I noticed on the website that players are online. Eventually, I saw the forum activities and figured out that this server is still kicking. But I simply cannot log in. All servers show up as Offline. Please help, if you can.

I have deleted, WTF, Cache and re-used the launcher in an attempt to fix it. I have removed my anti-virus and have tried running the game in admin mode. No juice.

Try to rename your WOW folder and download new 5.4.8 client as torrent using the link that is recommended by freakz. It might help.
