Windburst After-effect

Hi,

There is a lot of fps loss for so many players from windburst after effect of MM Hunter Artifact in raids. So i wanted to ask if that after-effect visual can be disabled server side or client side to make it smoother and easier to have more MM Hunters in same raid.
