Windows xp theme problem

Mi-am luat de pe net o tema pentru windows xp dar nu prea stiu sa o instalez :\
Tema arata cam asa :

am cautat in toate folderele un .exe ca sa il instalez si nu am gasit nimic :\

Ca sa instalezi tema ai nevoie de un patch care modifica anumite fisiere din Windows, uite aici un tutorial:

Inainte de a proceda sa faci un back si un restore point sa nu ai probleme.
