WoW Freakz launcher bug, stuck at Connecting

Bug description: After putting in my correct credentials and logging in (pressing the login button) the launcher is stuck at the Connecting prompt and doesn't move from there.

I would really appreciate if this gets addressed quickly.

Currently, we're experiencing some connectivity issues. There's a couple of ways to fix this.
But none are a 100% guaranteed fix, so you might need to try all of them until it works.

1) Erase your username on the login screen and retype it.
2) Exit the game, open your torrent folder and delete the cache folder. (This usually fixes it most of the time.)
3) Run the launcher as an administrator.
4) Restart your PC.

I've got the same problem.
i retyped my username, deleted cache, set run in compatibility with windows 8 , run as administrator, unmarked all folders, files subfolders and subfiles for read only
i've reinstaled the game 4 times... maybe 5th's a charm? idk
