Character name: Koler
Bug description: Tsulong disappears when he reaches 9% hp. He drops loot but it doesn't count that you killed him and gets resetted every 30ish seconds, along with his loot getting resetted too. Lei Shi disappears after attacking, because the previous boss can't be killed. Thus the achievements Heroic: Lei Shi and Face Clutchers can't be completed. My question is how did 51 players managed to do https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=6825&&name=the-mind-killer Did they one shot Lei-Shen previously? Is there a Trello card for this patch? Thanks for the answer

The issues were reported here. As for the achievement, I am really not sure how they managed to complete it but it might also be a visual from our database.
