[DUPLICATE] Paladin - Retribution - Vision of Perfection - Avenging Wrath

Bug description: So I just got the '' Vision of Perfection '' named essence. As it says, '' Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate for 25% of its base duration. '' Whenever this essence procs , the 100% critical strike chance effect on my Templar's Verdict and Divine Storm is only 1 sec. And that makes almost impossible to use that effect, since if the proc gets you in a global cd, then its over. It should be 7 second, like the Avenging wrath and the Avenger's Might azerite trait.
Edit: As you can see in the image, the other 2 wing effects are not on the same time. One is at 3 sec, while the other is at 5 sec. So the 3 wing effects should be the active for the same amount of time, which is 7 second if im not wrong.
