So de vreo saptamana fac sala..recunosc ca la inceput am cam fortat..gen 40 de kg in situatia in care eu am 58.
Si am facut o febra musculara INGROZITOARE , nu pot nici telefonul la ureche sa il ridic.Am incercat cu ciocolata ca cica scapi mai repede de febra dar degeaba.

Solutii ?

Nu ai ce face,o sa te tina ceva timp,dar cand te mai duci la sala si daca tot asa te fortezi cand ajungi acasa fa o baie fierbinte sau ia o aspirina,dar acum nu ai ce face.

Hmm , mersi pentru sfat.
Nu stiam de chestia cu aspirina si baia fierbinte.
Oricum aproape ca am scapat de acele dureri.

iti spun eu ce sa faci.
Cand ajungi acasa de la sala ia si tu o linguritza de zahar si bagal in gura,a doua zi nu simti nimic. serios!

daca ai 58 de gl incearca sa ridici jumate din greutatea ta .adica 29 dar poti sa mergi si pana la 30-32 asa nu vei face febra musculara.. si credema. ori cu 5 kg ori fara 5 kg tot aia e .. muschiul tot creste...



chiar daca e pe langa subiect eu iti recomand sa nu mai faci toate categoriile intr-o zii... fati un program calumea gen :
Luni : piept (si abdomen daca te simti in stare )
Marti : umeri cu trapez ( si banda 1km pe rapid )
Miercuri : Picioare
Joi : spate cu abdomen
Vineri : Brate

Incearca sa faci zilnic deoarece daca nu faci muschii iti raman relaxati si cand faci o perioada mai lunga dintr-o data te ia febra.Iti recomand cand ajungi acasa sa consumi zahar.

Dc toti vreti sa scapati de febra?voi stiti dc au murit michael jackson sau elvis?supradoza de calmante,deveniti dependenti ma,febra musculara e ceva natural si bine,daca nu faci febra muschiul nu a fost antrenat eficient,fac culturism de 1 an jumate dupa un an in care la sfarsit de saptamana ma dureau toti muschii acum mam obisnuit fara niciun medicament sau praf,faceti cat mai natural,nu va stricati sanatatea ca nu faceti de performanta,si daca faceti succes ,,)

Apropo febra musculara e o sabie cu 2 taisuri,uneori incearca sa o lasi mai moale ca sa nu faci febra,eu fac asa o saptamana febra una nu o saptamana febra una nu si tot asa 3 luni apoi 1 luna fac asa o zi febra una nu o zi febra una nu

apropo la varsta si kg tale e mai bine sa faci antrenament doar 3 zile pe saptamana,uite un ex:

1.Luni-Piept,Coapse,Gambe
2.Marti-pauza(poti face totusi niste exercitii de flexibilitate)
3.Miercuri:Biceps,Triceps,Antebrat
4.Joi-Pauza(poti face niste exercitii de rezistenta)
5.Vineri-Umeri,Spate,Intercostali,Trapez
6.Sambata-Abdomen si genoflexiuni
7.Duminica-Pauza

Asta e programul meu,nu trebuie neaparat sa faci la fel,oricum cu timpul iti vei face un program al tau,Bafta si Nu te lasa!

baie fierbinte, stretching dimineata si seara (cat poti), si jogging ~20 minute 1 zi da, 1 nu (alternativ)
