In-game launcher Warning

hello, i get a message saying that I have a old launcher. I downloaded the full client from the torrent. I then downloaded the 7.15 launcher. When I start the 7.15 launcher, I don't get the warning anymore, but the whole game is downloading while playing, there are no npcs, nothing. What can I do to solve this issue?
