Descrierea bugului / Bug description: As with basically all dots in the game, this spell is supposed to snapshot the mage's stats (in this case spellpower haste and mastery) at the moment it is cast, and its damage should remain the same untill the end of its duration even if the mage's spellpower/mastery/haste procs fade while the dot is active.
Haste and spellpower seem to snapshot correctly but mastery doesnt, dynamically affecting dot damage and this is incorrect. It should snapshot like the other 2 stats.

Dovada / Proof: In this test i had Theralion's Mirror equipped, i combusted on the dummy while i had the buff, then it faded while combustion was active on the target and as soon as i lost it combustion damage was modified, this is wrong and it might affect all of the mage's dots.

Spell power and mastery aren't multiplied by the whole thing, but rather the components of living bomb and pyroblast. How combustion works is that the dps living bomb and pyroblast are doing doesn't matter, as long as they are on the boss. When you hit combustion with living bomb and pyroblast on the boss the game generates a new base tick value for both of them and divides it by three. Living bomb and pyroblast also seem to be affected by this bug, mastery doesnt snapshot @ them.
