[Multiple] Buffs that reduce cast time vs Flying spells

Desc:
Buffs like this should be consumed when you finished to cast the spell, not when the spell hit the target.
Ex. Incinerate is in the air, you use Conflagrate, get 3 stacks of Backdraft, when Incinerate hits, one stack is consumed.

(I'm going to put on the list more spells when I find them, if there are)

Nu sunt toate alea care iti ofera instant casts gen Nightfall

Nightfall, castezi shadow bolt si e in aer, si procuie iar. nu apuci sa dai al doilea instant ca ajunge primu shadowbolt si-ti ia procu. check

Sunt chestii diferite, alea le-am scris aici, pentru ca astea doua nu pot sa procuie in timp ce tu castezi, deci e ok daca s-ar consuma la cast, dincolo insa, procul fiind involuntar poate sa procuie in timp ce tu castezi si-atunci daca se consuma la cast ai pierdut un stack.
